About Us
Chef Uday began his culinary journey in some of the world’s most prestigious five-star hotels, driven by passion, ambition, and a love for the art and science of food. However, the increasing pressures of mass production slowly eroded the creative essence of cooking that initially inspired him.
Today, Uday is not only a seasoned chef but also a devoted father, husband, and friend. A life-altering accident in 2014 reshaped his outlook, grounding him in gratitude and purpose. Though he explored other industries, he found himself repeatedly drawn back to his true passion: crafting wholesome, satisfying food that nourishes both body and soul.
The Birth of Uday’s Food Factory
Inspired by childhood wonder and a love for imaginative worlds like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Uday dreamed of creating a space where food sparked joy. That dream became a reality during the pandemic, when he launched Uday’s Food Factory—a place where culinary creativity meets heartfelt purpose.
A Culinary Journey Rooted in Experience
With global experience across India, Canada, Switzerland, the UK, and the UAE, Uday brings a deep understanding of diverse cuisines and hospitality. His expertise spans everything from recipe development and nutrient optimization to molecular gastronomy and dietary customization. A certified nutritionist from Cornell University, he applies this knowledge to create food that is not only flavorful but also health-conscious and inclusive.
