I have had the opportunity to work and live-in various parts of the world which has given me a variety of experience in understanding world cuisine. I bring with me rich international experience from 5-star hospitality in Canada, India, Switzerland, The United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. I have always emphasized on creating innovative dishes, using fresh, seasonal produce, and meeting a wide range of dietary limitations. I have an excellent understanding of recipe modification, nutrient composition, molecular gastronomy along with advanced nutrition skills aimed at preparing specialized foods.
During the pandemic I pursued my learning in nutrition and today, I am a Certified nutritionist (including plant-based nutrition) from Cornell University
