Step 1

From freezer to fridge

Remove your Uday’s Food Factory flash frozen meal package from the freezer and place it in to the fridge. Allow the meal package to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours.

Don’t worry, if you decide to wait, your meal will remain fresh and ready to heat up for up to 1 week!

Step 2

Heat the meal package

Once your Uday’s Food Factory meal package has thawed for 24 hours, it’s time to heat it up!

Boil water in a medium sized pot. Once the water is boiling, using tongs, place the thawed meal package in to the water. Make sure the entire package is submerged in the boiling water to allow the package to heat evening.

Step 3

Remove the meal package from the pot

After your Uday’s Food Factory meal package has been heating up in the boiling water for 10 minutes, it’s time to take it out!

Using tongs, carefully remove the package from the boiling water and place on a plate. Take care not to spill water dripping off the package as it will still be very hot.

Step 4

It's time to eat!

Your Uday’s Food Factory meal package is hot and ready to eat.

Carefully cut open the meal package. Be mindful of the steam that will escape the package when cutting it open. It’s very hot!

Once the meal package is cut open, carefully turn the package on it’s side and allow contents to slide out. We highly recommend Uday’s Food Factory fresh basmati rice as a side with your meal package!
