This dish contains herring fish, caught wild from the cold waters of Georgian Bay. We proudly source our fish from Robichaud Commercial Fisheries, which is entirely owned and operated by the First Nations Ojibwa peoples.

Our saucees main tasting ingredients consists of fresh coconut, tamarind, turmeric, curry leaves and lime.
