At Uday’s Food Factory, we stand by our food and are 100% committed to providing customer satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery or pick up. We will review your concerns and work with you to resolve any issues, which may include a replacement or a partial/full refund as appropriate.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, all concerns must be raised within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up.
